Santa Teresa lifeguards we will be leading an academy where we share our expertise and skills so you gain all the tools needed in order to become an excellent lifeguard.

PROGRAM

Tuesdays (4-6 pm) and Saturdays (9 am-12 pm) at Zeneidas Lifeguard Tower. Kids aged 5-17 (grouped by age) can learn water safety. Contact Gaby at (+506) 7139 3687 for details.

Beach usage, whether for sport, recreation or competition, comes with inherent risk – the program aims to minimize this risk through the provision of training and tools (techniques & knowledge) to the surfing community.
